Prescription weight-care plans and support

# NativeMed review

NativeMed offers online prescribing and delivery with ongoing support. Compare the $447 prepaid semaglutide plan with the $159 introductory month and $179 renewal rate, then decide what practical help the agreement actually includes.

## When it may fit

Readers seeking a defined self-pay medication service who can budget the selected charge and use the stated support.

- Monthly introductions and three-month charges are visible in the selectors.

- The service advertises delivery and continuing support.

- Its pharmacy policy provides a route for different types of questions.

## Where it falls short

People mainly needing a clearly scheduled nutrition-coaching program or a broad money-back trial.

- The cheapest equivalent can require several months of cash upfront.

- The contract lists appointment-related fees and extra maintenance-call charges.

- A short conditional refund window does not cover changing one’s mind later.

## Give the support a job in the week

NativeMed can make sense when the missing piece is an online prescription evaluation, delivery and a contact for continuing care. The homepage advertises ongoing support and a fully online process. I would still separate that from a specified nutrition-coaching program. Someone who needs help planning meals or building routines should know who will do that work, how often they meet and whether those sessions are included in the selected agreement. [\[1\]](https://weightlossnerds.com/reviews/nativemed/#reference-1)

The weight-loss contract mentions coaching attendance and additional maintenance calls, but does not turn a general support promise into a clear schedule for every buyer. It also says maintenance calls carry a separate charge. A useful quote should identify the support being purchased, not leave the reader to assemble an imagined coaching program from several parts of a website. ## Budget the actual payment, not just the equivalent

The semaglutide selector offers a monthly first payment of $159, followed by $179 per month. The three-month choice shows $447 upfront and a $149 monthly equivalent. Those can fit different budgets. The lower equivalent demands more money at the start, so it is a weaker way to compare a one-month commitment while service fit is still uncertain. [\[3\]](https://weightlossnerds.com/reviews/nativemed/#reference-3)

Tirzepatide is separate: its monthly selection shows $199 first and $259 thereafter, while three months costs $549 upfront at the displayed $183 equivalent. The prescribed preparation still depends on clinical review. Keep food, other care and any separate support expenses in the household plan instead of using the smallest advertised rate as the entire treatment budget. [\[4\]](https://weightlossnerds.com/reviews/nativemed/#reference-4)

Keep introductions, prepayments and support costs separate in [the full program-cost planner](https://weightlossnerds.com/tools/cost-planner/).

## A cancellation request is not automatically money back

NativeMed’s homepage describes flexible cancellation without a fee. Its refund policy generally makes paid programs nonrefundable and gives weight-loss purchases a narrower exception: request within twenty-four hours of purchase, before any medication has shipped, with an administrative fee. The amount of that fee is not stated. A buyer who expects a general satisfaction trial should resolve the difference before paying for several months. [\[1\]](https://weightlossnerds.com/reviews/nativemed/#reference-1) [\[5\]](https://weightlossnerds.com/reviews/nativemed/#reference-5)

The contract also lists a possible $25 fee for deciding not to proceed on the consultation call, and a $25 fee for missing or cancelling a consultation within two hours. These are appointment conditions, not the stated amount of the refund administration fee. Put a scheduled call in the calendar and understand its terms; a free-consultation label does not make every cancellation cost-free. [\[2\]](https://weightlossnerds.com/reviews/nativemed/#reference-2)

## Choose a usable care relationship

NativeMed’s pharmacy page separates treatment questions for the provider, medication and storage questions for the dispensing pharmacy, and order questions for support. It names VialsRx as a possible partner rather than guaranteeing it handles every prescription. That division is useful when the contacts are clear and the buyer knows where to take a problem. A portal’s availability alone does not establish an immediate medical response. [\[6\]](https://weightlossnerds.com/reviews/nativemed/#reference-6)

The service offers compounded preparations, which are not FDA-approved. A convenient delivery arrangement does not establish the same outcomes as a particular branded product or solve every practical barrier to weight management. Choose NativeMed for a defined clinical service if its selected price and support fit. Compare a dietitian, coach or other structured service directly when that is the help the week actually needs. ## Understanding the cost

Semaglutide: first monthly payment $159 then $179/month, or $447 upfront for a three-month plan at $149/month. Tirzepatide: first month $199 then $259/month, or $549 upfront at $183/month. Confirm consultation, maintenance-call and any other selected charges; the refund administration fee is not quoted.
