# Weight trend worksheet

Compare seven-reading weight averages to make short-term fluctuations easier to see, without equating scale change with body-fat loss.

## Start with your own inputs.

Your result will appear here after you complete the worksheet.

## How to read the result

The latest average uses the last seven entries. With at least 14 readings, the worksheet also compares the first seven with the latest seven, so the two groups do not overlap.

For a daily trend, use one reading per day and consistent conditions. The worksheet cannot recognize missing dates or separate fat, muscle, fluid and other changes. It does not forecast a future weight.
